About Aerohire
Aerohire is a flight training and aircraft hire business based at Wolverhampton Halfpenny Green Airport (EGBO), near Stourbridge and Bridgnorth. It operates seven days a week, with a policy of not charging upfront fees. Training covers the main start-from-zero licence routes, including the PPL and the NPPL, with trial lessons and an introductory flight option, plus a desktop flight simulator. The fleet is built around common training and touring types, including Cessna 150 variants, Cessna 172s, Piper PA-28 types and a Piper Arrow II. Beyond the first licence it offers the Night Rating, the IMC/IR(R) rating, and aerobatics including aerobatic rating training in a Slingsby T-67 Firefly. Aerohire also runs an optional three-tier membership programme.
