EAS Barcelona trains pilots from its base at Sabadell Airport, around 20 minutes from Barcelona by train, with additional classroom and simulator facilities near Sants station in the city itself. The school flies a mixed single- and multi-engine fleet - Tecnam P2008 MkII and P2006T/P2006T MkII aircraft alongside a Cessna 152 Aerobat, all fitted with Garmin avionics - and trains on an Airbus A320 simulator for its jet-orientation and MCC/APS-MCC courses. Its course list runs from PPL and modular ATPL theory through night VFR, multi-engine class rating, IR-MEP and CPL(A), up to UPRT, an aerobatic rating, JOC and flight-instructor courses (FI, CRI, IRI, MCCI). EAS also runs an accelerated "pilot in one year" integrated ATPL programme recognised by the Maldivian civil aviation authority, alongside conversions of foreign licences into EASA. It holds EASA approval as an ATO (E-ATO-288) and says many of its instructors are active or former airline pilots.
