Murcia Flight Academy is the Spanish campus of Leading Edge Aviation, a UK CAA and EASA Approved Training Organisation that also has a base in Oxford. The Spanish campus is at Alhama de Murcia Airport in southern Spain, where the school says it has exclusive training use of the airfield, a full-length parallel taxiway and more than 300 days of sunshine a year. The school runs airline-focused routes: an integrated EU programme in Alhama, a UK integrated course, modular training and APS MCC, with foundation flying on Piper Archer DX, Diamond DA40 and DA42 aircraft and upset recovery training in a Slingsby Firefly. It is the launch training organisation for the Jet2FlightPath programme and lists airline partnerships with easyJet, Loganair, TUI, Wizz Air and Titan Airways. Student accommodation is provided about 30 minutes from the airport.
