AEOLUS Aviation Academy is an EASA-approved training organisation based in Perea, on the outskirts of Thessaloniki in northern Greece. It trains both private and professional pilots, with courses running from the Private Pilot Licence (Aeroplane) through the Commercial Pilot Licence to integrated and modular ATPL routes. Alongside the core licences, AEOLUS teaches Night Rating, the Instrument Rating (SEP/MEP), multi-engine piston and high-performance class ratings, and hour building. It also runs instructor courses, including a Flight Instructor rating that it recently opened for enrolment. The training fleet is unusually broad for a school of its size: Cessna 150 and Cessna 172 Skyhawk trainers, a retractable-gear Piper Arrow, a twin-engine Piper Seneca, and a Beechcraft King Air C90 for type-rating training. That range lets a student move from first lesson to twin turboprop within a single academy.
