About Devon & Somerset Flight Training

Devon and Somerset Flight Training (DSFT) is based at Dunkeswell Aerodrome in East Devon and serves learners across the South West, promoting local flying over varied countryside including the Jurassic Coast. DSFT offers air experience flights designed to be hands on. It provides the main private licence routes including the UK PPL(A) and LAPL(A), with night flying and the UK IR(R), plus touring motor glider and tailwheel differences training. Dunkeswell is GA friendly with certified lighting supporting night training. DSFT trains on Cessna and Piper types and operates a motor glider, and publicises electric aircraft activity using the Velis Electro.
