About Mermoz Academy

Mermoz Academy is a French aviation training organisation with its head office in Rungis, near Orly in the Île-de-France, and further sites at Tours and Nîmes. It says it has trained more than 60,000 aviation professionals since 1957 and enrols over 700 students a year. On the aeroplane side it offers the AB INITIO airline pilot pathway, an integrated ATPL, on-site and distance ATPL theory, on-site PPL, CPL by distance learning, Basic IR and CB/IR(A). Helicopter students can take ATPL/CPL(H) theory, and PPL(H) and LAPL(H) e-learning. The academy also trains cabin crew and offers drone pilot, aviation English and dispatcher courses.
