Helijet Aviation operates a helicopter flight training and self fly hire operation from Leeds Heliport, a purpose built site close to Leeds Bradford Airport, with passenger facilities and on site refuelling. Training is delivered through its CAA declared training organisation, with courses aimed at both new pilots and licence holders looking to build confidence or add additional helicopter types. For beginners, the school offers structured licence training alongside trial lessons. For qualified pilots, Helijet offers self fly hire for those holding LAPL(H), PPL(H) or CPL(H), operating in and out of Leeds Bradford Class D airspace. The training fleet is centred on the Robinson R22 and Robinson R44, with type rating training including the Bell 206 also advertised.
