About Multiflight

Multiflight has occupied the south side of Leeds Bradford Airport since 1994, when technology entrepreneur David Hood founded it after buying a Falcon 900B. It went on to absorb the two other companies on the site, Yorkshire Light Aircraft and the Yorkshire Flying Club, as part of a redevelopment of the south side. The business today is an aviation services company rather than a flying school: private jet and helicopter charter, aircraft sales and management, an engineering operation that is an authorised Cirrus, Cessna, Beechcraft and Diamond service centre, an aircraft parts distributorship, and an FBO handling executive traffic at Leeds Bradford. Its flight training centre was acquired in 2016 by Pilot Training and Testing Ltd, which took on the PPL-to-CPL and instrument rating offer; no flight training is listed on Multiflight's own site. The site also hosts Craven College's Aviation Academy, and the Multiflight Café is open seven days a week with runway views.
