About OSM Aviation Academy
OSM Aviation Academy has been training pilots since 1963, making it one of Europe's longest-established airline pilot academies, with training bases in Norway and the United States. Its core offering is the Airline Ready Integrated ATPL programme, built in direct cooperation with airline training partners, alongside Flight Instructor training, type ratings and licence renewals. OSM runs dedicated cadet pathways for named airlines: a First Officer Program with Norwegian Air Shuttle, a First Officer Program with Widerøe, and a Second Officer Program with Norse Atlantic Airways, giving successful graduates a structured route from initial training into an airline cockpit.
