PerryAir is a flying school and club based at Shoreham Airport in West Sussex, close to Brighton. It aims to suit both newcomers who want a first hands on lesson and pilots who want a club style place to keep flying. PerryAir says it has been training pilots since 2009 and focuses on teaching handling skills from the start, with training structured toward the UK Private Pilot Licence and supported by a resident examiner. A key attraction is variety. Alongside mainstream training on the PA-28 family, PerryAir highlights a mix of modern and vintage aircraft. Options include a Piper Warrior that works well for training and allows an extra passenger on some trial flights, plus classic tailwheel types such as a Super Cub and a Tiger Moth for pilots who want that traditional stick and rudder feel. For advanced handling, it promotes aerobatic flying with specialist aircraft including an open cockpit Stampe and an Extra 330LT, which is positioned as the top end aerobatic experience in the fleet. Beyond training, PerryAir also offers aircraft hire and club flying, including organised fly outs that help new licence holders build confidence with other members. A distinctive extra is its Lancaster Bomber Mk1 simulator experience, marketed as an immersive heritage style package that sits alongside the flight training and trial lesson side of the business.
