About Donair Flying Club

Donair Flying Club is a long running flight training and aircraft hire organisation based at East Midlands Airport, close to Nottingham, Leicester and Derby. It combines a friendly club atmosphere with the benefits of operating from a major commercial airport, helping students build strong radio skills early. Donair offers clear routes into private flying, taking complete beginners through to licence level, and supports further development including night flying, instrument skills training and multi engine pathways. Trial flights are hands on introductions. The fleet uses familiar training types and the club highlights in house engineering support.
